Science tells us it takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown. To keep your smile bright, choose from two options through Delta Dental: Basic Plan and Enhanced Plan.

The Enhanced Plan offers a higher annual maximum benefit, higher coverage and includes orthodontia with a $3,000 lifetime maximum for both children and adults.
The dental plans offer two national networks to choose from: PPO & Premier. When visiting a Delta Dental PPO dentist, you receive the highest benefit levels and your out-of-pocket costs are likely to be lower. If you go to a non-PPO dentist who participates in the Premier network, you still receive contractual savings, but you may have higher out-of-pocket costs.

* The deductible does not apply toward preventive and diagnostic services or orthodontic services. When using a PPO network dentist, preventive and diagnostic services do not count toward the annual maximum benefit.
** 12-month waiting period applies to new enrollees.
