Introducing Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) for Benefits

Good news: Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is here to help you navigate myACI Benefits!

This new help feature is available however you access myACI… on a computer, tablet or smartphone, and can walk you through some common benefits tasks, including:

  • How to Enroll as a New Hire
  • How to Report a Life Event
  • How to Clear Pending Actions
  • How to View Benefits (coming soon)

Take advantage of Oracle Guided Learning to make your next benefits transaction easier. Instead of spending time looking for the right tabs and tiles in myACI, Oracle Guided Learning can take you straight to the right place. The OGL guides are available to associates eligible for Company plans.

How to Use Oracle Guided Learning

  1. Launch Oracle Guided Learning by clicking on an orange OGL widget (shown below) on the right-hand side of a myACI Benefits page.
  2. From the pop-up box that appears, select the guide you need.
  3. Follow the on-screen directions to click through the process and complete your benefits task. Watch for “smart tips” in each guide identified with question mark (?) icons for additional details about benefit tasks.
