2024 Open Enrollment for your Albertsons Companies, Inc. benefits ended on November 28. Watch for your confirmation statement with your January 1, 2024 benefit elections mailed to your home between December 6 and December 12, 2023.
What’s New in 2024?
Most medical plans will have a small increase in weekly paycheck deductions in 2024. Rates are available starting October 19. Visit myACI > Benefits Resources. Click on 2024 Rate Sheet to see weekly paycheck deductions for all of the plans in which you can enroll.

Annual Out-of-Pocket Maximum
The annual out-of-pocket maximums are increasing in 2024 as shown below.
If you enroll in the EPO, HSA or PPO medical plans through BCI, certain musculoskeletal and bariatric surgeries must be performed through Transcarent Surgery Care’s network of high-quality surgeons and Centers of Excellence (COE) hospitals and surgical facilities provided at no cost to you. All surgery costs and most travel expenses, if necessary, are covered. For HSA plan members, services are provided at no cost after you meet your
annual deductible.
Basic Dental Plan
Preventive care will be covered at 100% for all in-network providers.
Standard Vision Plan
Preventive eye exam will be covered every 12 months with $0 copay.
Health savings account (HSA) maximum is increasing from $3,850 to $4,150 for associate-only coverage and from $7,750 to $8,300 for family coverage.
Healthcare flexible spending account (FSA) maximum is increasing from $2,850 to $3,050.
Company-paid accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is changing from 2X annual salary to 0.5X annual salary. Optional associate-paid AD&D insurance is increasing from a maximum of 8X annual salary to 10X annual salary not to exceed $2,000,000.

Life Events that Occur During the 2024 Open Enrollment Period (November 1-28, 2023)
If you recently experienced a life event allowing you to enroll or make changes to your benefits in myACI with an enrollment window that overlaps the 2024 Open Enrollment period (Nov. 1-28, 2023), you must complete any benefit changes in myACI before you can make changes to your benefits for 2024 during the 2024 Open Enrollment period. Also if you need to submit documentation to enroll your dependents under medical, dental or vision with coverage effective prior to January 1, 2024, you must submit documentation for your dependents before you can make changes to your benefits for 2024 during the Open Enrollment period.
Once you make any updates to your benefits or submit documentation for your dependents in myACI, you must wait 24 hours before you can make changes to your benefits for 2024 during the Open Enrollment period.

How to Enroll During Open Enrollment
During the 2024 Open Enrollment period (Nov. 1-28), you will use myACI to enroll or make changes to your benefits, update dependent information and verify or update your beneficiary designations for life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
When you’re ready to enroll, follow these steps:
- Sign in at myACI.albertsons.com.
- From the Me page, click on the Benefits tile.
- Click on Review Your Covered Dependents and Beneficiaries tile to view the family members that can be covered under your benefits or designated as beneficiaries for life insurance.
- Click on the blue button that says Click here to continue your enrollment changes.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to enroll or update your coverage elections.
