New BCI ID Cards Effective June 1
By June 1, all Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) members should have received a new member ID card in the mail. Use your new ID card starting June 1 whenever you see a healthcare provider. Be sure to update your member ID number with your providers, too.
If you don’t receive your ID card by June 1, you can call BCI Member Services at 855-854-1412. Representatives are available Mon-Fri 7 am to 7 pm MT or Sat 8 am to 12 pm MT.

BCI’s member portal was recently updated to help you make the most of your medical plan. Find a healthcare provider, see what’s covered under your plan, view your digital ID card, track your healthcare spending and more.
To access the member portal, visit https://members.bcidaho.com or search for Blue Cross of Idaho on your phone’s app store. (If you’ve already registered on the portal, no need to register again; you can just log in using your email address and password.)
Review Your Medical Claims
All claims filed with your old ID number will still be processed as BCI transitions to the new ID numbers. However, claims filed through May 2024 will be listed under your old ID number on the BCI member portal.
If you need to review a claim filed between January 1 and May 31, 2024, log in to the member portal (https://members.bcidaho.com) and click Claims at the top of the page. Then, click your old ID number at the top of hte Claims page.
