How will Redwood impact associates?
With changes to the look and feel of Benefits self-service, associates eligible for Company benefit plans should familiarize themselves with the Benefits self-service screens and the application navigation. Many of our Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) have been updated with the new Redwood theme with step-by-step instructions to perform tasks in Benefits self-service or navigate the steps of submitting myACI tickets to apply for a leave of absence, report intermittent leave time off and return from a leave.
